Minorities in Law vs Medicine

I am a female, low income (single mother) African American Hispanic senior in high school applying to HYP, in addition to matches and safeties of course.
I have always been interested in the health sciences (I volunteered 150 hours at a hospital, went to multiple health science summer programs, founded a science club at my school, etc.) but my strengths are definitely not in the sciences or maths (B+/A- student in these fields).
I’ve recently discovered a new interest in law after taking government and economics classes this year. My grades in the social sciences and humanities are all straight A+’s, and I have gotten two 4’s and two 5’s in English and history AP’s (I’ve never taken a science AP and I’m taking an AP in calculus but I don’t expect great results). I’m also the president of my school and editor of the newspaper and literary magazine, and I’ve won a few school awards for my writing, in addition to writing for a local newspaper.
Would the Ivy schools I’m applying to be turned off by the fact that Ive dedicated a lot of time to health related activities even though I’m listing my career interest on the common app as “lawyer” (I am interested in public health law though). Are they looking for more minority pre laws, or should I just fake it and continue applying as pre med then switch if I am accepted? Either way, I plan to major in Sociology, with minors in History and Hispanic Studies or Gender Studies.
What do you recommend? Be brutally honest please.
