My son has got admission in both Appalachian State University and NC State University for MIS . Which one is a better school for MIS majors.?

NCSU is more expensive but our decision factor is mainly on which one is better for Info systems/ Info Tech?
Ncsu has a slight edge but in order to estimate value wed need to know amounts - subtract scholarship/grants but no loans
As i said we are not worried at this point about fees… Our concern is which school is better known for its MGT INFO TECH progrm?
