MIS Major

Is it a bad idea to major in MIS because it is in high demand among employers and teaches you the job skills when you really don’t like computers?

I was thinking about my concentration a lot today and I’ve gotten to the point where it’s best to go with something marketable and that will teach you job skills.

Is it possible that you take enough of the classes and you learn to like it or at the age of 24, would that be a bit too late?

If it is high in demand how would it be a bad idea? If you don’t like computers why major in MIS? Taking a few courses may or may not help you enjoy the subject. But who really does like studying and all that? The class and the actual job will be different. You may hate taking that course but end up liking your job via.
