While many applicants already got their acceptances to UCI, my status hasn’t changed yet and this is driving me crazy. I’m reviewing my UC application, and found out the “Miscellaneous” section.
In particular, it states:
Bilingual in Chinese and Italian
First family member to attend college
First-generation college student
Student who dropped out of school to work for some period of time
Student whose first language is not English
Do these information affect my application? If so, negatively or positively?
