<p>My son missed his SAT goal by 30 points. How many questions did he need to get to hit his goal? Did he get 3 more wrong ?</p>
<p>The SAT is scaled, so sometimes students can make 1-2 mistakes and still score a 800. At other times, one mistake can land them on a 770. </p>
<p>Depending on the curve, it could have been one wrong answer or even ten.</p>
