Missing Document IGETC...

<p>so… I am pretty sure that I have completed my IGETC and when I requested my transcritpt to be sent to UCB I also asked them to enclose the certification in the envelope. However, yesterday, I got an email saying that my igetc cert is missing. I have ordered a new one and i have to send an authorization. all that will take approximately 10 days. anyone in the same situation as me? how do i go about solving this one?</p>
