D received an acceptance letter and a Presidential Scholarship. Second email said we were missing a document and they couldn’t give financial aid information until it was received. Even though the information was originally sent we sent it again. Now they say it might be two weeks before they can process it. Has anyone had this experience?

Two weeks from today is April 9…which is 3 weeks before you have to make a matriculation decision.
Not sure I see the problem here…except that you have to wait.
