Missing Information from 'Detailed Results' Section of ACT Score Report

I received my scores a few weeks ago for the September ACT test. I scored a 35, which I was really happy about. However, when my writing scores and my score report were released a week later, the ‘Detailed Results’ section of my score report was completely blank. The bars for the sub-scores were empty, and there were only ‘N/As’ where the percentile rankings would usually be.

I called the ACT to ask about this. They initially seemed very confused, but they eventually told me that this feature was not available for international test takers. Can anyone here confirm this? This sounded kind of fishy to me because it wasn’t stated anywhere on their website and I had never heard of such a thing on any of the ACT guides I’ve read online. I’ve taken the SAT and I know that they don’t leave any section blank on their score reports for internationals.

Thanks!
Maxwell

the percentiles are online

You’ve misunderstood my query. Those are the percentiles for the composite, English, math, reading, and science scores. The subscores of those sections are what are presented in the ‘Detailed Results’ section of the score report (e.g Algebra, Trigonometry, Grammar, Punctuation, though I don’t know the exact names of the subscores). This is supposed to break down in precisely which areas I made mistakes and are scored out of 16.

My issue is that I did not receive any subscores. The reason, according to ACT, is that subscores are not reported for international students. I was hoping that someone on this site could confirm or deny this.

Sorry, the subscores are out of 18.
