Missing lots of coursework

I’m a Chemistry major applying to graduate school in ChemE. The problem is I decided later in the game to be a chemical engineer and so the only engineering courses I have are Intro to ChemE and ChemE thermo. I have math through DiffEq, Linear Algebra, and Probability theory.

Do I stand a chance of getting into a good grad school even if I’m missing important courses like Transport, Separation Operations, etc.?

My GPA is 3.78 and I have a 600V 770Q and 5.5AW. I also have lots of research experience at government and academic labs in chemistry, materials, and biophysics.

I can’t say anything specific to chemical engineering, but in the biological sciences students can be admitted with deficiencies that they are required to make up in their first semester/year. I don’t know if three classes would be too many or what.
