<p>So Stanford said they’re missing my teacher eval 2 and that they want it faxed over. The thing is though, they want the ID number that they sent on the email to be printed on the eval. How do I do that for the common app? Will it be ok if I just write it on there?</p>
<p>I am sure it will be fine if the teacher writes it on the form to be faxed.</p>

<p>Yeah, she’ll be faxing it. I wouldn’t fax my own teacher eval. I was thinking that if she already sent out the other form, I should probably get her a new one and maybe write my ID on there.</p>
