My Minerva says that everything has been received/processed except for my SAT I, IIs and ACT test scores. I sent all of those scores on December 11, 2009. Does it really take them 3 months to process it? I’m getting a little nervous since people are already receiving their acceptances…

Is the name on your application identical to the name on your scores?
My son had that problem. He used his nickname on the tests and his full name on the application. He phoned McGill and they found his scores in a different account and that fixed the problem. Otherwise you should resend the scores asap.

I just checked, my name is exactly the same on both SAT, ACT, and McGill application, all 8 of my other colleges received all of my information but McGill has not… do you know whom i should call to confirm whether or not they have my scores?

I think you should have the College Board resend your scores immediately. You should also phone enrolment services to let them know that you have resent the scores. Your College Board account will have a record of sent scores that you could FAX as an unofficial submission.
Sometimes scores get lost. One of my sons had to resend his SAT’s to the University of Chicago even though the College Board showed that these scores had been sent months before.

Remember that McGill has rolling admission and the classes fill up.

Ok, thank you very much! I’ll do that today!

McGill administration is famously slow and unorganized, though like it was suggested, I would call to confirm it was sent, and as well call McGill admissions and see if it was received. That said, McGill was the last school that I applied to, to which I was accepted. It may be processed, but the online system was not updated, this is also why they tell you on online acceptance is not considered official. Call collegeboard and the school and get it figured out asap. i just had a similar problem applying to graduate school and it was frustrating but needed to be done. Then just keep checking the mail and hopefully that big envelope will come soon.
