Hello! I am a student from Italy seeking admission as an Undergraduate student in the US. One of my recommenders, at her first experience writing a letter, wrote this in her letter: “to support his application to Harvard/…” and later on repeated “Harvard/…”. When translating it to English, my High School counselor changed this formula to “your prestigious University”. However, he forgot to change it in the Italian version, which he uploaded on CommonApp as well.
Therefore, the recommendation has a “clean” English version, but in the next pages of the PDF (the Italian version) contains the name of Harvard twice. I have only submitted it to three colleges before noticing. However, I would like to solve the issue while sending it to Princeton, Yale, Brown, LMU and more: how can I do that???
