<p>Damn, haha, that’s awesome! We always get beaten by Acton-Boxboro. They’re perennial champions too. We get top 5ish every year at states, so we’re pretty good too, haha</p>
<p>I know where you are then. I hung out with the team from Acton-Boxboro last year at nationals. I am actually still friends with a girl from there that is at Harvard now even though she was accepted to MIT. She was very smart-2400 SAT smart. Our state is pretty competitive and no one can ever believe how we have won so many times because we are a dumb rural public. I won first place last year in speech showcase and I put the video on my application as it is pretty much my biggest accomplishment. The state doesn’t allow us to have USAD as a class so we don’t do that well at nationals but we are very good for a public school that doesn’t have it as a class, usually top 3 in the nation.</p>
<p>What do you think of this year’s material? I think it is slightly harder, and there is a lot more USAD material because they wrote fundamentals guides. I can’t wait to get through the USAD stuff and to read the better guides. Have you done decathlon for three years like me? Our coach doesn’t allow freshmen on the team.</p>

<p>I was in Spain for an immersion program during the World Cup. That was an awesome party; I even got to swim in a few fountains.</p>

I respect Messi though. Barca’s got a lot of attacking power now with Villa in the front…</p>

<p>Haha, that’s very cool. Yea, we dont have it as a class either. We actually dont study until the week or two before (usually the night before xD) and somehow we manage what we manage. I’m pretty proud of that, haha.</p>
<p>And the material isn’t too bad. I thought the art was a little harder but geology, music, and history were easier. I wish we had speech, interview, and essay at states. I would do so well at them. They always say we cant because of budget cuts. Oh well.</p>
<p>Oh yeah I remember someone from Acton telling me that. That is too bad. We do all the events at the regional and state competitions.</p>
