jesmi!!!

Uh, what??

Yeah, chronicidal, that was basically my reaction…

MIT like college? India doesn’t have one. Try the IITs if you have the scores, but I doubt they have any scholarships. The only places where IITs exist are Kharagpur, Bombay, Madras, Kanpur, Delhi, Guwahati, and Roorkee (Basara in the future).

Take a look at this if you’re interested in colleges near Bangalore

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Bangalore_colleges

MIT = Massachusetts Institute of Technology

Massachusetts is a state in US, it’s just a prominent “Tech” school.

MIT College. ROFL!

I think by BIT it means business institute of technology?
i remember seeing that abbreviation somewhere on CC…

my “guess” is MIT is management institute of technology?

(just my guesss)

Do you mean the IIMs then (Indian Institute of Management)?

He’s looking for a management school I think…I think most people on this forum aren’t very familiar with the Indian schools though.

I kind of am…Also look into the Indian School of Business (Hyderabad, not exactly Bangalore but waaaaaaaaaaaaay better)

I guess he’s saying he was a Business Information Technology major and now is looking for a management college in India. Agreed with thoughtprocess, very few here are familiar with Indian colleges.

You might get better responses in the [International Students](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/forumdisplay.php?f=475) section.

oh yea, i remember lol

BIT = business information technology
MIT = management information technology
