Erm…I think Harvard, Stanford, and MIT are going to be tough reaches for you. Your SAT score is on the low range of all the other applicants and while your ECs are good, they dont really jump off the paper. Also (and idk if this is something with your school and the classes they offer or whatever) the fact that you’ve only taken one AP test might hurt you a little b/c most people are betting on at least 4/5 after their junior/senior years…
On the other hand I think you have a pretty good shot at the other schools like Amherst, BU, etc. Good luck!

cnaut, that is one of the most arbitrary chances I’ve ever seen given… Amherst “Yes” but Williams only a “Maybe” - that makes no sense!

As for the OP, I’d say you’re in at NYU and BU and have very good chances at JHU. MIT is definitely a reach (math score on SAT is low and no significant accomplishments in math and/or science), as are Harvard, Stanford, and Penn (though Penn slightly less so).

I say you should get recruited for rowing and then I’m pretty confident of your chances for all of them Students from my school get recruited to Harvard/Princeton for rowing quite often, and their stats don’t have to be high at all.

LOL seconded Crew is huge among the Ivies and they give you looots of leeway if you’re good at it. It IS fairly competitive to get in tho, cuz they have lots of good Crew people applying…
