I’m a RISING MALE JUNIOR from CA looking to participate either in AFROTC or NROTC at some top-tier schools, majoring in STEM.
Stats:
4.87 W, 4.06 UW GPA
1550 SAT
8 APs (all 5s)
ECs:
Varsity Lacrosse
Founder/President of Finance Club
Chem Research at UCSD
Alzheimer’s Association

What are my chances at getting into schools like MIT, Harvard, Princeton, CalTech, and Stanford as a ROTC applicant?

Stanford has no ROTC on campus NROTC is done at Cal and AFROTC at San Jose State.

Grades/test scores look good but any STEM ECs?
