<p>For transfers, which of the following is better ( applying to Mechanical engineering, btw…) ?</p>

<li>Average+ course load, straight A’s and A+'s and 800 math II, 800 X.</li>
</ol>
<p>OR</p>

<li>Very Challenging course load, straight A’s and A+'s, 740 MathII, 720 X .</li>
</ol>
<p>I think 2>1 . Any thoughts ?</p>
<p>My SAT I is above the 50% range, so that’s fine.The dilemma is… should I spend more time on SAT II’s that will otherwise be spent on classes ?</p>
<p>I have read the “I only look at scores to determine if X is in the range…” blog post, but transfer admissions is a different ballgame, it seems.</p>
