I declared this to be THE Mitra Fan Club. Someone should get on thefacebook and make a group dedicated to the beautiful and intelligent Mitra. She is so cool that she has “MIT” in her name.

For all of you lucky souls who have met her during CPW, and will be seeing more of her in the Fall, I envy you.

But I live an hour away from her, so suck on that. =)

This is the Original Fan Club that preceded all the other crappy imitating fan clubs dedicated to other people.

We Heart Mitra.
Nothing unites us better than our common adoration of the most talented, generous and funny hottie on campus, Mitra Lohrasbpour. Our lives exist solely to praise her and populate the universe that revolves around her.

We Love:
Her awesome sense of humor, witty banter, and generosity!

Sorry, staticsoliloquy, you’re too late. I am a current student at MIT, and I regret to inform you that there is already a well-established Mitra Fan Club. We have regular club meetings, Mitra tee-shirts, a club newsletter & everything. Soon, we’ll be an officially recognized student group by the MIT ASA (Association of Student Activities); this will take our club to a whole new level, and allow us to spread our love and celebration of Mitra even further. I’m sorry if it comes as a disappointment to you that you are not the one to start this. But surely you can understand that the most talented, generous and funny hottie on campus would not have gone this long without having a fan club created for her.

shrug yes, truly, in the depths of my petty heart, i’m painfully aware that my worshippers, minions, and lackeys are insufficient to make me nearly as awesome. what i need to be complete is a fanclub of prospies who read my blog, instead of a ridiculous middle-aged guy who alternates between irrelevant nonsense and offensive stupidity. i’m going to go cry about my inadequacy now. oh, the shame!

hint: the above thread contains large amounts of sarcasm and silly. take it seriously at your own risk.

that would, however, be madly irritating if it were true, but only b/c i know/am involved in enough ventures that’ve tried and failed to get asa recognition and/or funding.

…oh bloody hell, not you too. mutters paranoidly about admins and blogs
yeah, i picked him up off a friend’s journal a while back by accident. and that’s all i’m saying, here.
