<p>When Skawenniio Barnes applied to four Ivy League schools in the United States, she also sent applications to two Canadian universities - “just as backup.”</p>
<p>The poised Mohawk teenager, who made headlines campaigning for a library in Kahnawake, needed no Plan B.</p>
<p>Dartmouth, Harvard, Yale and Princeton accepted her - and all offered enticing financial aid packages.</p>
<p>After visiting all four campuses, Barnes settled on Yale. Next week, she leaves for New Haven, Conn., for a pre-orientation program.</p>
<p>“For a time, I was a little iffy about taking off and leaving everything,” Barnes, 17, said in her Kahnawake home…</p>
