I live with my grandmas house with my mom because she is unemployed and we are broke. I don’t talk to my dad but he doesn’t have a job anyways. I need fungicial aid because I have no way to pay for college. My mom doesn’t file taxes So I’m I screwed?
You can still file FAFSA. You can put that your mom has no income. You will be asked how you survive in verification, but you’ll say that you live with grandma.
You could file FAFSA regardless your mom is working or not.

OP’s assumption is, unfortunately, a common misconception. The financial aid community is working toward educating the public about the importance of filing a FAFSA for ALL students considering college.
