<p>I just got a call from my son at school. He has just been diagnosed with a “mild” case of mono. My older son had it several years ago and was sick as a dog. This time my younger son only feels run down and has a cold. Mono was diagnosed with a blood test. Has anyone else had an experience with a case like this?</p>
<p>A couple of years ago, D had what she thought was a mild case of the flu. She felt fine after about 48 hours. A year later she had a blood test for something else, and the doctor told her that she had had mono. So yes, it can be very mild.</p>
<p>Yep, that’s the kind I got myself back in college. I just made it a point to get lots and lots of sleep. It worked for me.</p>
