Yay!
Not to mention that it would be seriously ugly in my house if I did’t get my AM coffee…
Thanks. Great article. My SIL, who is a healthy-eating/health-living coach is adamantly against coffee. When relatives visit her, they get a bit of a screed. I sent the article to them.
5 cups of coffee a day is moderate amount? Lol, in my book it is addiction. ![]()
5 cups of black coffee in my book is the bare minimum for survival.
This is awesome news!
I need to up my coffee consumption!
I’m at only 2 cups currently.
Wine, coffee, and even beer all have profound health benefits when consumed in moderation.
I even wonder if those who abstain from all of these drinks - thinking it’s healthier to do so - may actually be worse off in the long run than those who do drink them in moderation.
Is this guy work for Starbucks? I’m not a heavy coffee drink as in once in a blue moon. But I know my brother has higher blood pressure when he drinks too much coffee to stay awake.
Ok, it sounds like I have to consume 5 cups of coffee, a glass of red wine, and 8 glasses of water a day… If I drink all of that, will my stomach burst?!
No, but your bladder might.
I think I would have a heart attack or stroke if I had five cups of coffee a day. One for me, but don’t take away my one cup or there will be trouble.
My bet is a cup in the study is 6-8oz. I avg 20oz a day. Love love my morning coffee. As much as I love my red wine I get more excited over the anticipation of my morning coffee.
Lergnom, the whole point was that my body would not be able to absorb all that water and pass it through the bloodstream/kidney/bladder fast enough to clear it out of the stomach!
Oh, and I forgot green tea. At least a cup, maybe 2-3. Add that to the list!
