<p>If they submitted their recs online, you just “assign” them to the next university and their existing recs will be made available to that university – that’s exactly what the system is designed for.</p>
<p>If they’re offline providers, you need them to mail copies of their recs to the new uni – if they kept them. If they didn’t, then they’ll have to do it over. In which case, a gift of chocolate is practically mandatory. ;)</p>
