More than ten schools for FAFSA?

<p>I have more than ten schools that I want to submit FAFSA to. How do I go about selecting more than ten? Thanks for the help.</p>

<p>You have to select 10, submit it, wait for it to be processed, erase those 10, and add the rest, and submit again. </p>

<p>If any of your schools have a Feb. 1 priority deadline, make sure they are in the first batch. It can take a couple of days for it to get processed before you can change the schools.</p>

<p>Also… if you are submitting with “will file” status, you will have to do the same thing again to get your update to all the schools, after you update to “filed” status and make any necessary changes.</p>

<p>It asks if your parents (and you) have filed 2010 taxes already, will file but haven’t done so yet, or don’t need to file. For most people right now, the status is “will file” because it’s pretty early to have your taxes complete, especially with the IRS still working on some of the forms. So if you say “will file” you can submit the form like that, but when you and/or your parents DO file (ASAP) you must go in and change the status and change any numbers that were estimated incorrectly.</p>
