I am a high school senior. I have been accepted into a pre-law program however, I am highly considering switching my major to mortuary science. I have been interested in mortuary science/funeral direction/embalming for two years now, and I feel as if it has been calling to me: I received information in the mail about the major, was assigned the task of writing an essay about morticians for health class, and even flipped to an article about women in the funeral business in a magazine sitting on my kitchen table. It wants me. I was wondering what the best minors for funeral direction are, in your opinions? I am attending Gannon University in the fall of 2012. Any other information will be greatly appreciated.
