Most beautiful campus you have visited?

“CA - Pepperdine”

Pepperdine certainly is in a gorgeous location - on a hill overlooking the ocean. But I don’t recall the campus itself being all that pretty . In fact I can’t remember anything about it other than the ocean view.

We thought Richmond was very pretty - but almost too perfect that it came across as fake, like a movie set.
Hamilton - one side is very pretty - the quintessential LAC campus - but the other side was pretty ugly

" I think there are prettier schools in PA than UPenn"

Penn is nice, but it may not even be top 10 in PA.

In addition to the often cited Bryn Mawr and Lehigh, Bucknell is another of those almost too-perfect campuses and is adjacent to a very cute little village/town. Straight from central casting for what a college is supposed to look like.

In Indiana I would say Hanover College, absolutely gorgeous; beats IU and Norte Dame.

My son (now at Swarthmore) bailed on the tour at UPenn after about 10 minutes. Just didn’t appeal. I agree that there’s nothing special there (visually, I mean).

@donnaleighg We didn’t like Swat, but gotta give credit where credit is due, and it has one of the prettiest campuses of any state, not just PA! And one of the nicest dining halls too.

I’ve always been very taken with Smith’s campus, especially in the heart of spring.

Michigan Tech’s campus is architecturally uninspiring (to say the least), but the views and the setting along the Portage Canal are just gorgeous.

Wake Forest University!!

I’m with @DadTwoGirls on this one: always and forever UBC.

I asked my D what her top three were, and she said
UBC
UBC
UBC

So I asked her, besides UBC, what are your top three? (after much thought…)
San Diego State
ASU
USC

My top three are
Rice
Tulane
SMU

Beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder!

My favorites are in no particular order: Colby, Middlebury, Hobart William Smith, Michigan Tech (the engineering dean has a spectacular office view), Santa Barbara City College and Kalamazoo College. There are many areas of campuses that are beautiful surrounded by brutal!

On looks alone, Lehigh was magical!!!

William & Mary, Princeton, and my alma mater, Trinity College, Dublin.

5 Hobart & William Smith
4 Wellesley
3 Hamilton ( the Root Glen walking trail was neat )
