most liberal

What about Hotchkiss? How do they compare in terms of liberalism?

(I thought I posted that question before, but it didn’t show up)

Not that I would dare to presume what someone else meant in his/her post, but perhaps some students might like my take on fun is fun’s comment, since they have not yet bothered to try and figure it out.
One meaning of liberal is “tolerant.” Thus, it could be argued that Choate students were not “liberal” since they were not tolerant of a speaker’s views, and protested his speech before even hearing it.

Before anyone starts a flame war…I am not stating that I agree with such an explanation, but am merely pointing it out for those who seem not to have seen it. Nor will I be dragged in to a debate about whether speakers with unpopular views should be given platforms. So, don’t try me.

Gee, I can just feel the caring atmosphere all around me.
Brooklyn Guy I think you should have not gotten involved.
Did you want to get into a disagreement?
I dont believe that you didn’t otherwise you would not have posted.
Think about that.

OK let’s just stop!!!I didn’t know he was talking about the speech thing which i barely know about anyway…So its all my fault and lets move on
PLEASE :)

My apologies for the tone of my recent post. I didn’t mean to sound quite so snide, but should have just been more explanatory.

Its ok!!!

:)

Peace.

Wow! I’m gone for a few days and a war breaks out! This is the second thread that’s gone into chaos…
