<p>One of my co-worers was just served with a motion to compel him to fill out the NCP form. I’ve never heard of that. Has anyone else? Was it successful?</p>
<p>I don’t know if it will work or not, but I do know that your co-worker is a jerk. Any one who has to be served with a motion to compel them to fill out the paper work for their kid is a jerk. No matter what their excuse.</p>
<p>I tend to agree with you. Filing the form isn’t a promise in any fashion to pay for anything.</p>
