Is that the one with $30k/year? The website says that only 25 students are offered that!

Congrats to all the young women accepted. My DD was WL for RD. Any thoughts on the WL at MHC? This is her first choice.

D24 accepted!

The past 2 years only 1 person got off the waitlist. Who knows, every year is different, but encourage D to set her sights firmly elsewhere.

My daughter got in! With a trustee scholarship. It’s so generous. I’m relieved. We still have to ask for more due to hardship. Congrats to all.

D24 will decline, as she is being drawn elsewhere. We hope a waitlisted student gets her spot.

Accepted! D24 actually ā€œforgotā€ to tell me last night … meaning she was too much in her own world of doing things. I am waiting for her to send me the aid package so I can look at it.

That’s amazing. Congratulations to your daughter on this outstanding recognition of her abilities and potential. You must be so proud. I hope it works out for your family.

This is so hard to gauge. Applications were up again this year to MHC and most other places so I imagine it gets harder to figure out the yield (there aren’t more students applying - everyone is just applying to more schools). I do know they care if you are truly interested - so reach out, update them with any awards, grades, accomplishments, etc. I’m an aluma and I used to work there. It is a really special place.

Hello everyone! My daughter was accepted and with some financial aid but likely not enough. I’m wondering if our FAFSA

Oops. I’m wondering if our FAFSA will be more accurate than IDOC–it’s all so confusing. We toured SO many colleges in the North East and she has gotten into most of the ones we didn’t tour and none of the ones we did tour! So wild.
