D24 applied RD to Mount Holyoke. Education & psychology major. I think she would love it and really thrive at an all women’s school, but I think she’s skeptical. It’s the only women’s college she applied to. Fingers crossed!

My D24 also applied RD. We haven’t visited yet, but I think it’s a place she would fit in well. Now it’s just a waiting game …

Does anyone have a guess about when RD decisions are coming out?
My guess based on previous years is 3/19 or 3/21
Previous dates were:
Thu 3/23/23, Tue 3/22/22, Tue 3/23/21

RD is scheduled for 3/22/24, I heard.
For what’s it worth my D24 was very impressed by her visit, and also enjoyed the interview. Just hoping some of that vibe results in an admission! First choice remains Smith (mostly because of the proximity to a reasonably lively town,) but the odds are a little longer there - she’d be very happy with either.

Where did you hear that date from from? A week away!
Apologies - that was actually a social media “vetted” estimate on the part of my daughter. I misunderstood, I thought that was communicated to her by the school.
No problem! I’m guessing the 22nd also—I was just wondering if it was an “official” guess!
Does anyone know if MHC sends an email in advance notifying when decisions will be released? Most - but not all - of my schools have done that
last two years they’ve emailed 3-4 days before, but the year before they just posted on insta the day of

I think it’s likely decisions will be released tomorrow since last year they were released a day before smiths and smith is released on Friday
