- generally true but you can go straight to a parking lot and move if you want as well. Similar to a hotel strategy I suppose.
- I would think the parking lot would be full of people moving into Unit 3 and Blackwell. Unless you went really early in the morning and stayed there the whole day. Not a bad idea actually especially if you have a early or mid morning move in time.
- unless you did 2), I think it would be better to reserve at someplace else like the First Congregational Church, for example. They probably would actually reserve a spot for you.
- you can reserve a spot but I don’t think it gives you an exact stall number, so it might be pointless. Not sure though.
