<p>Two males and I are planing on moving in together next year.
They both live less than two hours away from the university and are roommates.
I live 13 hours away in Louisiana.
The oldest is atleast 34, has a daughter (10), two sons, a wife, a large canine, a horse (one died), and a vehicle.
The younger one is 21.
I’m 19 and have a bike I can ship up here if necessary.</p>
<p>The oldest “may” permanently move down here with his family in a couple of years.
He is also planning on moving into a house next semester. I’m not about to jump the gun, so I’m waiting until next school year.
The younger one wants to be sure he can afford to stay in the house during the summers when the older one and I go back home.</p>
<p>Any advice or life stories?</p>
<p>This will be my first time looking for a place to stay and paying rent, so I’m not even sure where to start looking.</p>
