<p>On the MPE website <a href=“http://mathtesting.ucsd.edu/dates.shtml[/url]”>http://mathtesting.ucsd.edu/dates.shtml</a>, it says that you HAVE TO take the test prior to attending orientation. My question is whether or not that rule is set in stone because I honestly don’t plan on taking math first quarter of fall anyways (or perhaps even this year)…anyways if anyone can clarify this for me I’d really appreciate it!</p>
<p>just because you take the placement exam now doesn’t mean you have to take it the following quarter.</p>
