MS CS North Carolina State vs German Universities

Hey guys,
I’ve applied to a couple US universities’ CS master programs but only got accepted to NCSU.
How would you say does the NCSU MS CS program compare to the MS CS programs of the German universities TUM, RWTH, and KIT?

I’m German and plan to go into the industry after the completion of my masters.

The German schools would be tuition free, nicht wahr? Do you want to work in the US or Germany? I doubt that there will be anybody who will read your post and be able to meaningfully compare NC State and German graduate programs.
