MS Foreign Language Affect Transcript?

My dream college has always been Harvard or Yale. I got 1 “B+” in middle school in Spanish 1 for one quarter, but “A+’s” in the other three. I am wondering will this be a setback for my college admission? What could I do to make up for that one quarter? Thanks!

  2. HS use the final grades for GPA.
  3. MS courses don’t count.
