MS in financial statemnet analysis ar MBA in finance

I am currently a Baruch student planning pursuing MS in Accounting to be eligible to sit for the CPA. However, the MS in Financial Statement Analysis is interesting for me also.
My question is

  1. can i also meet CPA requirement if i take the MS in financial statemnt analysis
  2. is there any difference between MS in financial statemnt analysis vs MBA in Finance at Duke Univeristy</p>
