I’m graduating in Economics soon here in Brazil, and i’ve worked in the Financial Market for three years now. The problem is, I decided to take over my father business in a couple years, and he has a real estate development/construction firm… Which means he does both incorporation and construction of projects. That said, Im planning on doing my post-grad studies in the area, so when I come back I have more knowledge to help him and on the future, taking over.

I’ve been lost in the following point: should I focus on a Mc in Construction Management or in Real Estate Development? What are the core differences? Which schools do you recommed for each?

Please remember, I don’t need a certain school name on my CV, i’m working for my father… I really need good academics (although most time it comes together) to actually learn.
