MSOE SAT/ACT Deadline passed, confused?

I have taken the SAT, recieved an average score, acceptable to MSOE engineering. Now, I plan on taking the ACT to improve my score however, two different kinds of information leads me astray.

According to Collegeboard, the deadline for SAT/ACT is September 1st, way before I can take my first ACT test (September 21st).

However, MSOE says to turn my SAT/ACT after I turn in my application and transcripts.
[Undergraduate Checklist - Milwaukee School of Engineering](http://www.msoe.edu/admission/apply/standard_undergraduate_checklist.shtml)

To be absolutely sure, is Collegeboard’s data inaccurate or misleading by any chance?

I’m not sure what you’re referring to, since no schools have deadlines that are that early. Early deadlines are usually around Nov 1. I can’t find anything on the MSOE website that gives application deadlines, but from things they say, I’d assume they have rolling admissions. For instance:

https://admissions.msoe.edu/admission-process/#3

https://admissions.msoe.edu/admission-process/#1

They are giving you a checklist of things to do, the numbering is to show you that you have 3 things to submit for a complete application, it does not mean that these 3 things need to be done in that order.

First, I don’t know where on the CB you’re talking about, can you give a link? Second, I never take information from a composite source like the CB as the final answer, I always to to the individual college website as they are up to date and accurate.
