Hi there! I am applying for MT summer programs and I am looking for insight on the UMich and CCM Summer Programs.
My daughter did MPulse a couple of summers ago. She was able to learn what a MT BFA experience would be like and made great friendships. Compared to her friends’ experiences at other summer intensives like Arts Bridge, the downsides to MPulse would be that you only get to work with Michigan faculty. Her friends ar Arts Bridge worked with faculty from multiple schools. In addition, MPulse does not help you with audition prep. It’s really about experincing what a college program is like.
