PSAT: 223 (73 Reading, 70 Writing, 80 Math)
GPA: 3.972 (unweighted)
Qualified for 2013/2014 AIME and won a couple awards from HOSA and science olympiad and a regional science fair
Regularly volunteer as an EMT, a tutor of Hispanic immigrants, a volunteer at a hospital, and a volunteer at nursing homes (musical performances and such)
