<p>450 cr suggests that your English may not yet be good enough to study in the USA. Did you do TOEFL yet? Maybe you should attend a Community College first to prepare for transfer to a 4-year school.</p>

<p>Well from your picks, it seems you wanna go somewhere in the NE. Try maybe UNH, University of Maine, UMASS, SUNY, Fordham.</p>
