Muhlenberg Class of 2014

Question…what are the asterisks there for (I’m not picking up on the word)! Whoops.

Anyone else still waiting on their acceptance? My daughter is so nervous. Thanks goodness she is VERY busy with school, clubs and the spring play so she doesn’t have a lot of free time to think about it LOL

i did ED, but good luck to your daughter!!!

realjoy, my understanding is that regular decision acceptances go out on March 15th (the ides of March) or thereabout.

yeah i am pretty sure it is march 15th or sometime around there.

good luck to everyone still waiting!

Are all you guys from Long Island and New Jersey? How many incoming freshman are not from those two areas?

I’m from Jersey… how about you?

Long island

Hi 2010…she also applied ED, but not until fairly close to the deadline

jmonds- awesome… i have some friends up in long island. I feel like there are more people from NJ/NY (specifically long island cuz a few of my friends from there looked at muh) who go to Muhlenberg than PA. Did you get accepted to Muhlenberg for next year?

So far im 3/4 accepted. Still waiting on the regular admission decision, but they already told me i’m getting $13500 in merit scholarship and I was offered a chance to be in Dana Scholars. Only thing that kept me from switching was the lack of diversity, open spaces and club sports

Ah nice man… I am definitely with you on the club sports- pretty disappointed, but at the same time i don’t mind playing intramurals; i heard it’s pretty competitive.

anyone know how long it would take a letter to get from PA to MA? i’m dying to know their decision!!

My son just got his acceptance letter! We’re in PA –

Congratulations! Can you tell when it was mailed out, my D is dying to hear back.

2010search…
My D got her letter today as well…it was postmarked 3/17. We live in PA too, a little less than 2 hours away from Allentown. Best of luck to you!! :)

good luck everyone still waiting to hear!! congrats on the acceptances too!

Hey, a few of my friends children have yet to hear back while a lot of kids have already received their regular decision acceptance letters, (including my own) and I feel as if they sent out all the acceptances on one day, and the waitlisted/rejected decisions later on. Does anyone know if that is true? and if it is, when they will find out about their decisions? i know all of them definately hear back by april 1st which is coming up, but some would just like to know if they have been rejected or waitlisted in advanced so they can move on to sending a deposit to another school they’ve gotten into. please and thank you!  :D

@belgiancow - I just talked to my daughter’s Admission’s person a couple of days ago to verify she received some needed paperwork, and she indicated that they are still making decisions.

It’s torture waiting, isn’t it??? More poor daughter is super stressed about it. Thank goodness she was in “hell week” (theatre) this last week and has her play this week to keep her mind off of it somewhat! :)

My son just heard – waitlist. Oh, how the waiting list complicates everything! Before, I used to calculate his chances of getting in, now I found myself calculating the chances of getting off the waiting list! Does anyone know about this?
