<p>Im a nearly 20 yr old who gets a ton of exercise (on the swim team). I bought a bottle of centrum silver but what I didnt realize is that it was the ones for men 50+. My question is what is the difference and will I still benefit from taking them? I already opened them so I can’t take them back.</p>
