<p>We are currently looking for new Field Marketing Reps in all markets. If you think UBOs Freedom Street Team is all about handing stuff out at shows, then you are wrong; it is that and a lot more!!!</p>
<p>The Freedom Street Team is all about Teamwork, Being Creative, Visiting Local Record Stores, Putting Up Displays, Talking To People, Posting to artist Message Boards, Sending Emails, Handing Out cool stuff at Shows, Meeting With The Artists, Helping To Sell Latin Music, including Reggaeton (CDs and DVDs), and Most Importantly Sending In Reports With Pictures of Your Progress Every Two Weeks (How else will we be able give you credit for your work) </p>
<p>If you can’t do this stuff, please don’t apply. You should expect to spend about 10+ hours per week promoting the artists. This is an unpaid position. After you start helping us out, we’ll start hooking you up with cool stuff like CD’s, and limited edition stuff when available. We’ll also send you the exclusive Street Team newsletter to keep you up to date on the latest insider happenings with the artists.</p>
<p>UBO is always running display contests between our reps, and giving away cool prizes like Autographed Posters, Shirts, Jackets, Cash, Trips, Backstage Passes, Freebies, etc. Your Display Photos, and Inventory Reports will automatically enter you into these contests. The most valuable part about the job is an introduction into the music industry. You will see how a music company runs. I have currently have more than 35 people full time jobs in the business and well over 50 people with part time jobs.</p>
<p>Having a car and a digital camera is a plus. Spanish is a plus but not a requirement. Please do not apply if you are under the age of 16.</p>
