<p>Is UOP (University of Pacific, Stockton) hard to get into (music major (BA music, not performance) and a minor in Japanese? Would a student with a 2.9 GPA have a chance? Student hasn’t taken the SAT yet, but I don’t anticipate anything above 2000. Student is a “natural” musician, playing various instruments since age 10, but last year discovered piano and has only taken two semesters of piano classes at city college (talented guy!).</p>
