Hi, I’m a good sax player, not a tremendous one, but good. I also play the piano and violin (also good, but not extroadinary). I recently arranged a small, simple, yet really cool mashup of “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” by Judy Garland and “Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Elvis Presley. The arrangement is a trio for the sax, violin, and the piano. I was planning of recording myself (thru Garageband) of me playing the sax, piano, and the violin for this. I wrote about my interest in musical engineering and “DJing” in my essay supplement. I know the skill level won’t be extroadinary, but do you think I should send this. Would colleges look upon the creativity and the ingenuity of the piece that I made, rather than my actual playing?
PLEASE HELP DEADLINE IS THURSDAY!!!
