Musical instrument graded transcript but not applying for a music major

Is it necessary for me to send my piano grades certifications to the universities as a proof of my skills in my musical interests, when I am not applying for a music major?
I have lost my grade 7 piano certificate, and I have only found my grade 5 one. Do you think it is important for me to get the certification back? But the deadline for early action is within a week or so, and I may not have the time for a replacement for that certificate.

Do not send proof of what is an extracurricular activity. In addition, I would neither refer to nor send anything that is from before 9th grade.

Ok, thank you!
But what about any internship proofs? Or other awards that I have achieved? Such as wining a silver award in a “Student Investor Challenge” that is a national competition? (Yet I have regarded it as my extracurricular activity)

You can list awards that you received in high school on your application. You don’t need to send proof of anything relating to your ECs.

Alright, thank you so much! This will save me a lot of time
