<p>Acting majors at CMU very often perform in musicals. Laat year, the male lead (Burrs) in Wild Party was an Acting major (and only a Junior at the time). Anecdotely, when I saw it with my S on his audition weekend, a number of his friends in the program told him the spring musical can be upwards of 50/50. They also told us two of the Senior MT leads could not do the show as they had been offered work. If you’re going to have a problem, what a nice one to have! </p>
