oh jeez…
My nightmares about school and tests and school life in general are getting to be a real problem…i wake up in the morning feeling like i juist spent the whole night at school!! i have these “fits” in my sleep where i feel like i am solving problems but obviusly im really not…all the chemistry and math and physics in my head is really just gibberish but in my sleep i somehow convince myself that i need to be solving these nonexistant problems…its actually a little disturbing…i can understand test anxiety… like i had a nightmare friday about the PSAT…but seriously…this is every night…its frustrating because i never get a break from studying! even in my sleep…am i just a nutcase, or has this happened to anyone? if so, how do you fix it?

It sounds like you’re really stressed out about school. The same sort of thing happens to me from time to time. I would recommend some good exercise – running, jogging, whatever. It truly helps in the sleep department, because A) it relieves stress and B) it makes you sleep like a log when you hit the sack at night.

that same exact stuff happened to me during my sleep last year.

yeah…i run a lot of the time after school…cuz running makes me happy :)…and i cant concentrate as well on hw if i dont…but actually, sometimes it gives me more energy and i sleep less…weird, i know…but i get what you mean…i slept a little better last night…just one weird thing about 23 chromosomes…but now i know that im doing it , so i can kind of stop myself in my sleep if that makes any sense…
