my boot situation

<p>Hey yall~
Today I went to Ft. Sam Houston in San Antonio to get my boots and low quarters. I ended up leaving there with no problems in finding tan, hot weather, issue altama’s. I got two pairs of them. (the boot letter approves up to two pairs of any of these brands: wellco, belleville, altama delta, and mcrae.) I also got a pair of the issue female low quarters and a pair of the approved issue female’s pumps. And, I had no trouble getting all of this! I’ve been extremely lucky not to have obstacles with the DoDMERB and boot process. Oh yea, I was also pretty impressed with the relatively cheap prices for all those shoes- parents paid only about $210 for ALL FOUR PAIRS! The letter says that the boots are supposed to be 'approximately $95, but mine rang up at a little over $70. The low quarters were about $32 with tax, and the pumps were about $30 with tax…pretty cool huh? I’m excited :slight_smile: </p>
